SPARK Off-Site Camps!

We offer camp programming during the week(s) Alhambra Unified School District is on fall, spring and summer breaks. Our hours of operation are 7:15 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

For summer, you have the flexibility of choosing which weeks to attend.

Summer Program Offerings

SPARKademics (Math & Language Arts)

This session will focus on Math & Language Arts according to the Common Core State Standards. Students will be given common core materials and small group tutoring according to their grade levels.

Business Academy

A class for young entrepreneurs to learn business principles. SPARK will host a student-run business to learn the value of purchasing and selling goods. (Grades 2nd and up)

Academic Enrichment

Daily academic enrichment activities include STEM, arts and crafts, recreation, team building, culinary (Friday’s) and more!

Extracurricular activities in the past have included: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, coding, yoga, dance, chess, sports and more!

Movie Days

Students will enjoy a movie theater experience on campus with popcorn and projection movies.

Weekly Field Trips

SPARK will be offering weekly field trips at an additional fee. Field trips will be on-site & off-site, space will be limited for off-site field trips. All field trips are optional. Students who don’t attend will still participate in regular programming.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks

Breakfast, lunch and two snacks will be provided on a daily basis. Hot lunch will be served daily. A lunch menu will be given out ahead of time. Our daily snack includes a fruit or vegetable, a healthy carb, and water.
